(2) 掌握排列的概念
(3) 培養健康的飲食習慣

所需教材:

預先將新鮮水果洗淨,例如提子、香蕉、菠蘿等、竹籤、塑膠刀(不鋒利)、碟子
|
活動進行:
|
(1) 教師與兒童一起討論碟內的水果名稱、形狀及顏色及進食水果的好處。
(2) 教師邀請兒童一起合作清洗水果及切水果,提醒兒童要先行洗手,保持衛生。
(3) 把切好的水果分別放在不同的碟子上,教師因應自己喜好進行「串水果」的排列次序,例如:香蕉、提子、菠蘿、香蕉、提子、菠蘿…,完成後向兒童展示及介紹製成品。
(4) 每位兒童取一支竹籤,用二種/三種水果自由進行排列活動,把水果順序串起來。每款排列可重覆二至三次。
(5) 完成水果串後,兒童介紹自己製成品的排列次序。
(6) 兒童品嘗水果串後,教師引導兒童說出每種水果的味道。
(7) 因應兒童能力,讓兒童記錄水果串的型式。

備 註:

(1) 活動進行前要洗手。
(2) 使用竹籤時要小心。
(3) 教師留意腐爛的水果要棄掉。
(4)教師可以準備一些排列型式圖卡,協助有困難的兒童進行活動。
